Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the service — your email, the wallets you scan, and standard server logs. No ad trackers, no analytics scripts, no selling data, no card numbers (payments are crypto-only), and we never see your private keys.

| Data | Why | Kept |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | Sign-in (one-time codes), receipts for PRO | Until account deletion |
| Session token (cookie) | Keeping you signed in | 30 days |
| IP address | Rate limiting, abuse and fraud prevention (server logs) | Rotated with logs |
| Wallets you scan / watch | Producing reports, watchlist alerts, leaderboard | Reports are retained; they analyse public blockchain data |
| Payment reference + tx signature | Matching your on-chain payment to your subscription | Accounting lifetime |
| Referral code you arrived with | Crediting the person who shared the link | Cookie: 30 days |
No third-party analytics or advertising scripts. No sale or sharing of personal data for marketing. No card or bank details (payments are plain crypto transfers via a payment processor). No private keys — we never ask, no exceptions. Wallet addresses are public pseudonymous blockchain data; we don’t attempt to link them to real-world identities.
Resend (resend.com) delivers sign-in code emails — they process your email address. Helius provides Solana RPC — they see wallet addresses we query (public data), not who asked. NOWPayments (nowpayments.io) processes PRO payments — they see the payment amount, the deposit address they issue, and the on-chain transaction; they never receive your email from us. Our server is hosted on a VPS in Japan; data lives there. Where data of EU residents is processed outside the EEA, we rely on the safeguards of the GDPR (contractual protections and minimisation — we store the minimum listed above).
Reports analyse public Solana wallet addresses and their on-chain history. Under EU data protection guidance, a wallet address can qualify as personal data of whoever controls it. Our legal basis for analysing it is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): providing statistical research over data that is already public, in a way the blockchain itself makes available to anyone. We do not try to link addresses to real-world identities, and our verdicts are automated statistical opinions, not facts about a person. If you control an analysed wallet, you can object or request deletion of our stored report: email support@scanskillissue.com with proof of control (e.g. a signed message). We honour justified requests — what stays on the blockchain itself is outside our control.
If you pay in crypto, the transfer is recorded on the public Solana blockchain forever — that’s how blockchains work, and it is outside our control. We store only the reference needed to recognise your payment.
Email us to: get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and associated personal data (GDPR/CCPA-style rights honoured for everyone). Deletion removes your email, sessions, watchlist and achievements; anonymised scan statistics and on-chain records can’t be un-published. Sign-in codes are deleted within minutes of use or expiry; server logs with IP addresses rotate within ~90 days; payment references are kept for the statutory accounting period. EU residents can also complain to their supervisory authority (in Italy: the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
HTTPS everywhere, HttpOnly session cookies, one-time sign-in codes instead of passwords (nothing to leak), least-privilege API keys. No system is perfect; if we discover a breach affecting you, we will notify you by email.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
